First Post

Not sure what to post - never done a blog before!

So here we go.

I believe in positivity. However you think, whatever mindset you've adopted will affect how you feel - a lot of people don't feel well when they're stressed or angry.

Seeing the silver lining in every dark cloud, the light in every situation - well I'm sure you know what I mean.

Hey, a little fact for all you pessimists out there - it takes 21 days to form or break a habit.

So, everyday for 21 days, you should:

Write down 3 things you're proud of. Whether it's what you said, what you did, what you thought...

Three things a day. Easy enough, right? Why don't I do that too, I'll post daily for 21 days, and tell you guys what I did.

Let's get started :)

  1. Of course, I don't feel amazing when I'm stressed or angry, but stress and anger ain't pessimism!!

What the hell is with this line?: "Hey, a little fact for all you pessimists out there - it takes 21 days to form or break a habit."!? That can be taken in such an offensive way!! Meaning, I find it offensive!
Yes, I'm great at finding the terrible part in everything great!
Besides, that sentence alone is irrelevant - what does being able to break or form a habit has anything to do with pessimism!? Pessimism isn't a habit!! It's a way of thinking!!!

And noo, like hell it's easy.
