Trauma by Video-Game

Dear Blogger,

I did one of the most stupid things in my life today. I searched, and watched the videos for, these following sentences on YouTube:

> Top 5 worst game endings
> Top 5 gruesome game endings
> Top 5 saddest game endings
> Top 5 game deaths

You'd be surprised at how advanced game graphics are nowadays. I used to think myself unsqueamish in the face of blood.

*watches videos*

. . .Squeamish. Definitely sqeamish.

It didn't exactly help when the man killed his own daughter. Or when, in a different video, the giant babies ate the crazy-sh*t lady. Or, in Saw II (which you'll be delighted to now is being made into A FRICKIN' MOVIE) -- when the guy got his head splattered in a metal venus fly trap. Or when the same guy had just finished carving out his eyeball - graphically - with a scalpel.

Not cool, dudes and dudettes. Not. Cool.

(I feel like I'm going to be sick)

That's not even getting into the sad/depressing scenes. (you know the kind, dying in each other's arms, little kiddies trapped in testing facilities, mind-screwing plot twists, finding out that your whole life has been a lie and you were actually dead the whole time and now you have to leave the love of your non-life behind etc etc etc.)

You get the picture. And now I want to curl up into a ball and eat Tim-tams. Or not. I don't really feel like eating anything...TT^TT

I didn't even go into that other game, the one where there's this machine that sticks a needle into the guys eye and he goes blind.  :(

And that isn't the worst of it. You, aka The Player, has to be the one to guide it into his eye. If you fail...

*thinks back on how bad the idea of looking up screenshots for the scene was*

...nope. Don't fail.

I can't believe I did that. Once I found that the video for the death scene was blocked on youtube due to it violating YouTube's laws of being 'shockingly graphic and disgusting', I decided to look it up on google images - ignoring the R18+ warnings all the way.

I do not want school vaccinations. At all.

If you miss with the needle, it goes straight through the guys head, along with the machine behind it. Long story short, there's a whopping hole in the guys head, blood and brains are splattering everywhere and meanwhile the guys thrashing about and yelling.

Seriously guys, adhere to the warnings. They are there for good reason.

I'm going to watch and listen to happy things for the rest of the night. Rainbows and unicorns. Rainbows and unicorns.

What crazy psychos think up this crap, anyways?

Totally...not...procrastinating....WHO AM I KIDDING?!

Bah humbug, I'm still procrastinating ><

I've only written the introduction for my English assignment . . .that's due tomorrow Q^Q

And don't get me started on my Maths C assignment . . .that's due tomorrow Q^Q

I hate schoolwork. ( --.--)lll

Instead, I'm watching the Convenience Store song with Denmark~! Plus, my comment is in the top comments for it! :D

Hasn't it been a while? (hasn't it always XD)

Well, I've gotten my first commission on DA, but I said I would do it for free, just cause I'm so nice~! :D

I've been bombarded by my assignments, exams and general schoolwork.

Aaaaaand I've been recently obssessed with the song 'Marry You' by Bruno Mars and by the game 'Aion'.

What else? Oh, and I've bought ivory foundation and powder and liquid eyeliner for Animania~!

Also, I've decided to change my cosplay from N. Italy to Gilbert (just because he's so awesome :p)


Dat's the costume I'm buying. That EXACT one that's in the photo, except tailor made to fit the awesome me XD

Cosplaying Prussia is going to give me the biggest ego-boost. I won't be able to walk through the front door of Animania because my head will be so big! lololol

Just one problem - I can't find a Gilbird. The only one I managed to find cost $149.00 (WTF?!) so I'm still searching for mein faithful birdy friend. (reference to Germany in episode 1 of Hetalia~!)

So yah, life's cool at the moment. *conveniently forgets heap of homework due NEXT WEEK!!*

Olympic Perversion 0.o

Ha, I love the Olympics...

It's all the better if you're a Hetalia fan, though~!

Last time I saw the medal leaderboard, France was on top of England, the two countries taking out fourth and fifth place respectively.

France. Was on top of England. How can that not be taken pervertedly???

But I digress, the Olympics is an otherwise intriguing collection of sports to watch. Let's just hope that France doesn't turn up with his rose. (or maybe we should hope...)

In other news, tomorrow I'm getting a new game called Aion. The graphics are so beautiful - I think that it may be THE ONE.

And don't get me started on the depth of the character customisation...everything from chest and hip width to the slant of the cheekbones can be altered with a slider. *starts tearing up*

IT'S JUST SO PERFECT~! ><

EDIT: I just looked at the newest results for the Olympic leaderboard - Germany is on top of Italy, and Great Britain is sandwiched between China and South Korea...0.o

Also, France was one or two places underneath Italy, watching the various pairings going on above him with interest. (honhonhonhon...)
